We assist our Clients to implement data protection policies to ensure compliance of their operation in this field within the scope of the complex regulations governing the protection of personal data. We show the principles to be used in the processing of personal data, including the rights and duties of the authorities, institutions and individuals engaged in personal data files and the rights of data subjects. Trustees of personal data have the following duties : protection of data against unauthorized disclosure, protection form removal by an unauthorized person, protection from processing with the violation of the Act, protection from change, loss, damage or destruction. Their duty is to organize the handling of personal information and use of such technical means to ensure they provide adequate protection to the hazards and categories of data usage.
